The Fullerton Company is a full service real estate development firm, based in Denver. Lawrence S. Fullerton founded the company in 1993. With over 20 years in the real estate development field, Mr. Fullerton's experience covers both the private and public sectors, including planning, marketing, finance, law and project management.

Embracing the principles of "New Urbanism", Mr. Fullerton was one of the leaders both in the adaptive re-use of historic buildings as well as the creation of contextual new buildings.
