For the past eight years, Shannon Tiger has been one of the top selling brokers of lofts, townhomes, and single family homes in and near downtown Denver. She is a founding partner in the Fullerton Company real estate brokerage.

Shannon’s experience includes new projects, redevelopment, and resale of existing homes. On-site sales have become her specialty. This broad experience has proven to be a valuable asset to the Fullerton Company’s sales and marketing efforts.

In addition to the sales and marketing expertise, Shannon brings a thorough understanding of the development business. She knows the process involved to take the vision, turn it into a reality, and execute all the steps in between.
